1-time macro assessment

Please note this is a one-time customized macro assessment for you based on your body, current exercise routine, and goals. This does not include 1:1 check-ins or macro adjustments. However, it's a great starting point to get started finding food freedom and a healthier you. Once you checkout, you'll receive an email with a detailed assessment and action items to complete. Once complete, you'll receive an email with a video consultation and guide within 5-7 business days.

1:1 coaching - 4 weeks

This package is perfect if you're committed to optimizing your nutrition, incorporate strength training, and require additional accountability and support. You'll benefit from weekly check-ins, including food diary reviews (using My Fitness Pal), as well as unlimited access during business hours via the coaching app. At the end of four weeks, there will be a macro adjustment based on adherence to the plan. You'll receive custom macros with a carb cycling option and four weeks of strength training workouts tailored to your preferences—whether you prefer home or gym settings. The training program consists of a four-day split, alternating between two upper body and two lower body days, with an optional cardio day.

Frequently asked questions

My macros seem high, are they right?

Yes, trust me, you're exactly where you're supposed to be for your current weight and goals. You might have previously used a one-size-fits-all calculator that wasn't accurate, or other important factors might not have been considered when your previous macros were provided. It's extremely important to be thorough when filling out your intake form.

Do you provide meal plans?

Absolutely not! I don't believe in meal plans because everyone has different food preferences. From personal experience, sticking to a rigid plan can often lead to feeling guilty and frustrated when deviating from it. The key is to track your intake and ensure it aligns with your goals. This approach is about adopting a lifestyle, not adhering to a diet. However, I do have a few templates for guidance.

How much weight can I expect to lose?

This is entirely up to you and your adherence to the plan. While everyone's journey is different, a healthy and sustainable weight loss typically ranges from 0.5 to 2 lbs per week, although some may experience greater losses. Remember, this is about adopting a lifestyle change, not just following a temporary diet. Your goal should focus on body composition changes—exchanging fat for muscle
